Refund policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at stackwickedstuff@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will ask that you provide images of the defective item(s) so that we may file a claim with our distributors and begin the return process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We as stated before, do not accept returns for opened items or items that appear to have been tampered with.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
When your request for an exchange is approved, we will ship out a replacement at our cost. If the product is no longer in stock, you may request a full refund for the initial value of the item you purchased.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected the state of your item(s) and the status of your return, and let you know if the refund / exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a replacement item will be shipped out to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping times for replacement products may also vary.
